JIM SPANO
EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN
James Spano is a veteran solar developer having been instrumental in developing and/or financing over 300 MW and serving as a Managing Partner of Spano Partners Holdings, LLC. Jim is the founder of my-RESI which is organized to develop virtual power plants by aggregating storage across 100’s or 1000’s of residences to meet emerging demand among ISOs and utilities for DERs.

Scott Weiner is a Senior Advisor in the area of energy market strategy to my-RESI LLC . Scott’s experience spans the fields of energy and the environment with a focus on the intersection of entrepreneurship and public policy.

Our Chief Financial Officer, Tony brings to my-RESI LLC over 30 years of financial expertise developed with premier Fortune-sized companies such as General Electric and Merck as well as in small, entrepreneurial environments.
TOM GLECKNER
VPP PROJECT MANAGER
Tom Gleckner comes to my-RESI LLC with a degree in management from the University of Scranton. His work history includes 18 years in the tire industry managing 500,000 sq. ft. facility.

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Lori Clinton joined the my-RESI LLC team in March 2019. With over 20 years of executive support experience in high-volume, high-pressure environments with a focus on operations and technology, Lori is particularly well-suited to the fast pace environment at my-RESI LLC.
